The interface does not replace your existing system but simply offers perfect integration to maintain your OEM appearance.

• The best rear camera integration available for your Audi.  The interface automatically switches to the camera when in reverse gear and displays dynamic parking guidelines which move with your steering wheel position for accurate and safe parking. 
  
• Dedicated front camera input which can be set to automatically switch to the front camera when you change from 'Reverse' to 'Drive' for a pre-defined number of seconds.
  
• When combined with our DVB-T Tuner, you are able to watch high quality digital TV, controlled via the Audi MMI controller.  Provides an OEM style solution without additional remote controls etc.
• UART input for aftermarket navigation.
• Switch between Audi display and AV input using MMI controls

• The interface can be disabled at any time, for example when visiting an Audi Service Center.

Compatibility:

Compatible with the 3G MMI/ 3G MMI + systems in the following models:

Audi A1, A6, Audi A7, Audi A8 ,Q3, Q7 from 2009 onwards

(including S4, S5, S6, S7, S8)

Also compatible with the Audi A4, Audi A5 and Audi Q5 with the 3G MMI option.

The video interface is fitted to the video cable which connects to your screen and is accessed from the back of the head unit.    Includes a power cable to connect to 12v and Ground and CAN High/Low.   Once installed, press and hold the NAV button on your MMI controller to switch to the video inputs. The interface automatically switches to rear camera when the car is in reverse gear, and to front camera if required.

Please note: For audio, the interface must be connected to the car's AUX input. If your car is equipped with a factory AMI option an AMI converter can be purchased from our site.

Any other Digital TV module can be used but please note that it would only be possible to control via the original MMI system when used with the modules that we supply (selectable from the drop down menu above)

We have extensively tested this product and are confident that it will work with all factory fitted systems in the car models listed above. You do not need have a factory installed TV Tuner or have anything enabled by an Audi dealer. Nor do you have to have to have any optional extras installed when the car was ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or have any issues with compatibility you can return it to us for a refund.
