Our
multimedia interface is a revolutionary product that allows you to
integrate an
external video source to your cars factory fitted Concert or Symphony
screen. Once installed,
it gives you the ability to integrate any external video source with
the original factory scren such as in car DVD player,
Smartphone Mirroring, games console, iPod
Video, Digital TV Tuner or Rear View Camera and a range of other
devices.. The multimedia interface has a total video inputs,
rear view
camera input and RGBS input designed for connecting our DVD player
(which can also be controlled via touch screen)
The interface does not replace your original system - it offers perfect
integration to maintain your OEM appearance.

rear camera image is overlaid with coloured graphics which shows the
path that the vehicle will take based on the position of the steering
wheel (otherwise known as 'moving guidelines'

Installation
The interface
connects to the monitor connections behind the screen. Connect the
plug and play harness to the back of the radio.
Press and hold
the “mode” button on the steering wheel controls to switch from the
Audi display to video input
Connect a 12v
reverse supply if fitting a rear view
camera. The interface will then switch to the rear view camera
automatically
when in reverse gear.
Audio
This
interface is designed for video
only.
Audio is provided by connecting the video source to the AUX input. If
your vehicle does not have an Aux input (CD/SD button istead of the
MEDIA button) , it can be coded via a diagnostic computer.

with the Concert or Symphony radio in the following models:
Audi A4 (B8),
Audi A5, Audi Q5 from 2008 onwards
Not compatible
with 2G MMI or 3G MMI.
