Our Honda multimedia interface is a revolutionary product that allows you to integrate an external video source to your cars factory fitted Honda Navigation Screen. Once connected it gives you the ability to connect an in car DVD player, games console, ipod video, digital TV tuner or rear view camera to keep your passengers entertained.

The Multimedia Interface has one video input, one rear view camera input (which switches automatically when the reverse gear is engaged), video out (for connecting to additional external screens) and RGB connection to add Satellite Navigation if you do not have a factory fitted option.

The interface does not replace your original system - it offers perfect integration to maintain your OEM appearance

Installation:

The interface connects behind the navigation DVD in the boot. Simply connect the vehicles original 32 pin pin wiring harness into one end of the plug and play harness provided. Then connect the other end of the plug and play harness into the location where the original 32 pin wiring was. You will then need to connect the 12v power and grounds in addition to your video input.

The Honda Multimedia Interface is a video only interface. If your car does not have an auxiliary input then sound is provided by using an FM modulator or transmitter. Alternatively, the interface can be used in conjunction with our Honda iPod or USB interface as both provide an auxiliary input for sound.
